Overview

The Employee Relations Manager will serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters within a globally recognized education technology company, ensuring a fair and compliant workplace.

In Short

  • Provide consultation on employee performance and conduct concerns.
  • Manage the lifecycle of employee relations matters from intake to resolution.
  • Guide performance management planning and corrective actions.
  • Conduct high-risk investigations into misconduct and policy violations.
  • Draft and implement workplace policies compliant with labor laws.
  • Analyze employee relations trends to minimize organizational risk.
  • Support global mobility for international employee matters.
  • Collaborate with various HR functions for a consistent employee experience.
  • Contribute to People team initiatives and culture surveys.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of progressive HR experience with employee relations.
  • Deep knowledge of labor and employment laws.
  • Experience in managing complex workplace investigations.
  • Strong communication skills to influence across all levels.
  • Ability to manage sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality.
  • Preferred experience in the tech industry or high-growth environments.
  • JD or legal background in employment law is a plus.
