Planning and Execution Manager - Remote

Overview

The Planning and Execution Manager will partner with Sales Area Vice Presidents to enhance operational activities including forecasting, pipeline management, and territory management, ultimately enabling sales teams to maximize their effectiveness.

In Short

• Establish a collaborative partnership with Sales Area Vice Presidents.
• Execute forecasting and pipeline management processes.
• Lead territory and account assignment processes.
• Conduct capacity planning and liaise with HR for hiring needs.
• Analyze individual quotas and assist with compensation plan rollouts.
• Contribute to the annual sales year planning process.
• Establish a cadence for pipeline reviews and operational reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of sales analysis/operations experience.
• Minimum 3 years in roles requiring problem solving and project management skills.
• Ability to develop financial and operational models using spreadsheets.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage geographically disparate teams.
