Overview

The Proposal Writer creates compelling, persuasive and accurate sales proposals for Renaissance, a leader in pre-K–12 education technology.

In Short

• Create custom sales proposals for schools, districts, and state agencies.
• Write content that meets RFP requirements and aligns with company branding.
• Edit proposals to ensure they present a professional image.
• Seek insights for proposals from various company resources.
• Maintain knowledge of the K-12 EdTech market.
• Contribute to content libraries for multiple products.
• Understand and align proposals with Renaissance's GTM strategy.
• Temporary position from September 1st through January 2026.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of writing experience or in proposal services.
• Experience in K-12 education, EdTech, or related industry preferred.
• Experience in a cross-functional/matrixed environment.
• Experience with proposal management software.
• APMP certification preferred, but not required.
