Psychometric Data Analyst II - Remote

Overview

This role involves analyzing psychometric data related to educational technology products, focusing on assessment products.

In Short

• Extract assessment data from Snowflake and/or MongoDB.
• Analyze psychometric data related to item and test content, quality, and performance.
• Define and track assessment quality and performance metrics.
• Design and implement research, testing, and data mining projects.
• Communicate results of analyses through reports and visual displays.
• Support psychometricians with statistical analyses.
• Maintain knowledge on statistical analysis techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, data science, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in analysis and testing plans.
• Extensive database management experience in SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Ability to analyze data in SAS, R, and Python.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work well within a team.
