Rent the Runway (RTR) is transforming the way we get dressed by pioneering the world’s first Closet in the Cloud. As a Data Analyst II, you will develop and manage crucial data models that describe our customers and business, enabling functional leaders to make data-driven decisions.

In Short

• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify data visibility gaps.
• Work with Product and Engineering to collect necessary data.
• Develop scalable and well-documented data models.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering on data pipelines.
• Analyze business areas for optimization opportunities.
• Define and monitor KPIs for decision influence.
• Build and maintain user-friendly Looker dashboards.
• Promote best practices in data governance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with large data sets.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• Highly proficient in SQL.
• Experience with business intelligence tools like Looker or Tableau.
• Knowledge of dimension modeling and data architecture.
• Experience with DBT for data management.
• Strong analytical skills for insights communication.
• Ability to work with diverse audiences.
