• Seeking a Senior Product Designer with expertise in UX, UI, interaction design, systems design, and testing/research.
• Own the design process from ideation to post-launch iterations.
• Focus on upper and mid-funnel customer growth strategies.
• Create mobile user experiences that are functional and inspirational.
• Work with product managers and engineers to define objectives.
• Lead usability tests and manage UX deliverables.
• Communicate UX strategy and develop presentations.
• Evangelize product design methodology within the company.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a mobile consumer-focused business/product.
• Strong understanding of experience principles and customer needs.
• Ability to create strategic experiences aligned with business goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Experience critiquing UX and visual designs.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Accountability and ownership of projects.
• Experience presenting to executives.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Strong knowledge of Figma and UserTesting.com.
