Overview

As a remote Stylist at Rent the Runway, you will drive retention through personalized styling interactions, helping customers look and feel their best while building trusting relationships.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a stylist or personal shopper.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of luxury fashion and styling.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in computer tools such as G Suite and Zoom.
• Problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences.
• High-speed internet access required.
• Must reside in one of the specified states.
