Overview

The Data Analyst will play a key role in leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making within the Council for Professional Recognition, which promotes improved performance and recognition of professionals in early childhood education.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.

• Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Excellent communication skills for translating complex data insights.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
