Overview

The Human Resources Employee Relations Manager oversees the HR functions related to employee relations, compliance, and engagement within the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 3+ years of HR Generalist experience.
  • Experience with HRIS, particularly Paylocity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience in a nonprofit or multi-state organization is preferred.
  • HR Certification (SHRM or PHR) is preferred.
  • People-oriented and results-driven mindset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
