The Employee Relations Manager leads a team that handles investigations, performance coaching, leave and accommodation, and conflict resolution. This role sets clear standards and processes, ensures legal and policy compliance, and guides the team through complex workplace issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Resources Management.
• 5+ years of experience in a Human Resources role.
• 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
