Overview

The Sr. Manager, Customer Contracting and Implementation at Lyra Health is responsible for leading health plan and employer customer implementation initiatives, ensuring successful onboarding and transition of new clients into the organization’s services.

Requirements

• Experience with Joint Commission accreditation processes.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven track record in process improvement initiatives.
• Ability to travel up to 15% for client meetings.
