Customer Implementation Manager - Remote

Overview

The Customer Implementation Manager will oversee the implementation of the Clinical Intelligence Health platform, ensuring high-quality outcomes and customer satisfaction.

• Lead the full implementation lifecycle for new customers and platform expansions.
• Manage project scope, timeline, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Serve as the voice of the customer in technical discussions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in real-time.
• Guide EHR integration workflows and API implementations.
• Validate data flows with Engineering and Data Governance.
• Monitor implementation performance and customer satisfaction.
• Continuously improve implementation processes.
• Stay current on industry trends for SaaS and healthcare IT.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (Health Administration, Computer Science, etc.).
• 3–5+ years of experience in SaaS or healthcare IT implementations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of healthcare integration standards (HL7, FHIR).
• Experience with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, etc.).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with healthcare workflows and billing processes.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira).
• Comfortable in fast-paced remote environments.
