Mangomint is seeking an Implementation Manager who excels in detail-oriented tasks and effective communication to manage complex data migrations and collaborate across teams.

In Short

• Own the end-to-end migration of customer data between software platforms.
• Verify and format large volumes of data for accuracy.
• Utilize Excel daily for data cleaning and preparation.
• Collaborate with engineering on data mapping and issue resolution.
• Partner with customers to troubleshoot data import issues.
• Navigate various software platforms for successful data imports.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Maintain internal resources like SOPs and training guides.

Requirements

• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas and macros.
• Experience in SaaS or tech environments, especially in implementation.
• Familiarity with technical language and logs.
• Project management experience with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Detail-oriented and customer-first mindset.
• Strong communication skills and team-player attitude.
