Implementation Manager - Remote

Overview

As an Implementation Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end implementation process of the Conexiom platform, ensuring a seamless transition for customers from onboarding to full utilization.

• Develop and execute project plans for the implementation of Conexiom platform.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment with customer goals.
• Serve as customers' primary point of contact during the implementation phase.
• Communicate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to customers.
• Drive the successful execution of projects by monitoring budgets and progress.
• Work closely with customers to understand their specific needs.
• Collaborate with product and development teams for accurate requirement translation.
• Oversee the configuration and setup of the Conexiom platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation.
• Deliver end-user training for effective utilization of the platform.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management and SaaS implementations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical proficiency to understand and troubleshoot SaaS solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience delivering training to groups.
• Strong analytical abilities and effective problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Outgoing, self-reliant, and able to take the lead.
• Familiarity with Manufacturing and Distribution an asset.
• Experience with ERP implementation an asset.
