Implementation Manager - Remote

Overview

The Implementation Manager will lead multiple product implementations across the country, ensuring customers have a smooth experience with the installation and use of products within their facilities.

• Manage multiple product implementations across the country.
• Drive hardware and software delivery and project milestones.
• Execute training and transition customers to clinical success managers.
• Develop project plans ensuring on-time and on-cost delivery.
• Own the entire project lifecycle from sales handoff to post-implementation support.
• Manage operational relationships with key customer stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Go-to-Market teams to tailor solutions to customer needs.
• Drive process improvements using lean tools.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Travel up to 50% for customer engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in implementations or project management.
• Experience managing hardware and software implementations in health-tech.
• Excellent project management skills; PMP certification preferred.
• Knowledge of lean methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Benefits

• Annual salary between $150,000-$170,000 + Equity & Benefits.
