FP&A Lead - Remote

Overview

As our FP&A Lead, you will serve as the analytical engine driving Inspiren’s growth and operational efficiency, partnering directly with leadership to optimize pricing models and build the financial architecture supporting resource allocation and growth.

In Short

• Own the Financial Model: Architect and maintain the company’s financial model and forecasts.
• FP&A Leadership: Lead budget vs. actuals analysis and manage departmental spending.
• Strategic Analysis: Analyze metrics for sustainable growth.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize internal data for strategic analysis.
• Board & Investor Reporting: Prepare materials for Board meetings and investor updates.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in strategic finance or FP&A.
• Proficient with FP&A and accounting tools.
• Experience with hardware/inventory finance is a plus.
• Understanding of SaaS metrics and data analysis.
• Strong communication skills to simplify financial data.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; MBA or CFA is a plus.

Benefits
