Requirements

• 6-8 years of FP&A experience in high-growth tech environments.
• Leadership experience in PE-/VC-backed companies.
• Excellent financial modeling capabilities.
• Experience with modern FP&A tools and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Proven track record of process improvement.
• Fluency in English and German.
