• Own planning, forecasting, and decision support.

Requirements

• 5 to 8+ years in FP&A, preferably in insurance brokerage or high-growth startups.
• Experience partnering with founders/CEOs.
• Mastery of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience building driver-based financial models.
• Strong communication skills and executive presence.
• Fluent English, able to work during Eastern time hours.
