Overview

As a Sales Development Representative at Inspiren, you will connect with senior living operators to help them improve their community operations through technology.

In Short

  • Respond to inbound leads and prioritize outreach.
  • Prospect into enterprise and mid-market accounts.
  • Support strategic account development and partner with Account Executives.
  • Convert marketing-generated leads into pipeline.
  • Manage pre-event prospecting and post-event follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate CRM tracking of outreach activities.
  • Share field insights with Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Travel up to 2 times a month for industry events.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or early-career sales role.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot (SalesHub) and Salesforce.
  • Skilled at outbound prospecting to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Familiar with account-based sales and marketing tactics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and goal-oriented.
  • Comfortable using modern sales tools.
  • Adaptable and resilient in fast-paced environments.
