Overview

We are looking for an English-fluent Sales Development Representative to join GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service company that connects top talent from LatAm with leading companies globally.

In Short

  • Identify and engage potential participants from conferences.
  • Manage outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and calls.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions within the CRM.
  • Support logistical and operational needs for events.
  • Participate in conferences, assisting with on-site registration and client relations.
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales and business development.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is highly preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of financial markets or investment concepts.
  • Excellent interpersonal and email-writing skills.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably within financial services or B2B environments.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is highly preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of financial markets, private equity, or investment concepts.
  • Excellent interpersonal and email-writing skills; able to communicate professionally with Executives.

Benefits

  • The salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $800 - $1,500 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
  • This position is for an independent contractor through a payroll platform.
  • The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
