Project Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an English-fluent Project Manager based in Mexico, Colombia, Peru, or Chile, who will work remotely and manage multiple concurrent projects in logistics and construction environments.

In Short

• Lead multiple concurrent RDE/MHE or facility improvement projects.
• Manage on-site logistics, crew scheduling, and subcontractor activities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance.
• Track budgets, schedules, and KPIs.
• Work closely with engineering teams and on-site personnel.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proven expertise in RDE/MHE deployments.
• Familiarity with project management software.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• A valid U.S. visa is required.

Benefits

• Salary range of $2,300 - $2,500 per month.
• Work remotely allocated at our client.
• Independent contractor position.
