Overview

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for creating qualified sales opportunities by engaging executive decision makers across target accounts. You will drive new pipeline through a mix of outbound prospecting and timely follow up on inbound leads partnering closely with Senior Account Executives and Marketing to target specific accounts industries and events.

In Short

  • Proactively source new opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social engagement.
  • Respond promptly to inbound leads from marketing campaigns, events, and the website.
  • Partner with Senior AEs and Marketing to prioritize target accounts, industries, and events.
  • Research accounts and personas to personalize outreach.
  • Lead effective first conversations with executive decision makers.
  • Qualify prospects to ensure fit, interest, and alignment.
  • Maintain accurate records of activity and opportunity progression in Salesforce.
  • Use the tech stack to manage activity and optimize workflows.
  • Continuously develop sales skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of B2B SaaS sales development or outbound calling experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to operate independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proven track record of hitting performance metrics.
  • Ability to work standard business hours as dictated by leadership.
