Overview

As a Senior Manager, Technical Account Management, you will lead a team of Technical Account Managers (TAMs) supporting Rithum’s most complex and strategic clients. Your organization will be responsible for delivering enterprise-level technical strategy, driving implementation success, and ensuring long-term platform optimization across a high-value portfolio.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in technical account management or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience leading a team of technical professionals.
  • Strong communication skills to influence technical and executive audiences.
  • High proficiency with Salesforce and related tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
