The Senior Manager of Technical Account Management will lead a team of client-facing professionals, providing technical guidance and ensuring customer success with Experian's solutions.

  • Recruit and develop a team of talented TAMs.
  • Create a culture of learning and accountability within the team.
  • Manage a training plan for continuous team development.
  • Travel 10% of the time.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in technical client-facing roles, with 5+ years in leadership.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Deep technical knowledge in relevant domains.
  • Experience managing enterprise client relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
