Overview

The Senior Technical Account Manager at NiCE is responsible for managing customer relationships post-purchase, ensuring customer success through technical support, and advocating for customer needs within the organization.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in a Technical/Service role in software or telecommunications.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Working knowledge of contact center software and technology.
  • Experience in managing customer relationships effectively.
  • Understanding of TCP/IP networking and VoIP technology.
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects.
  • Demonstrated customer service excellence.
