Overview

We are seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) to drive success for our Pooled Customer segment, focusing on technical enablement and customer experience.

In Short

  • Manage a book of 50+ customer accounts.
  • Provide technical onboarding and implementation support.
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for select accounts.
  • Identify risks, upsell opportunities, and expansion potential.
  • Design scalable engagement strategies for customer retention.
  • Contribute to customer-facing resources and internal workflows.

Requirements

  • Intermediate or advanced knowledge of SQL.
  • Familiar with BI tools like Mode, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake or BigQuery.
  • Knowledge of customer support systems like Zendesk or Jira.
  • Strategic problem-solving skills.
