  • Collaborate with internal teams for effective customer support.
  • Assist in contract renewals and expand Wiz usage across organizations.
  • Stay updated on cloud security threats and Wiz platform features.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in technical customer-facing roles.
  • Strong understanding of cloud services and security best practices.
  • Familiarity with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proven track record in customer success and relationship management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
