Overview

As a Senior Technical Account Manager at Zscaler, you will be responsible for providing technical insight and leading practices for implementing Zscaler solutions to solve complex customer problems.

• Provide technical insight for implementing Zscaler solutions.

• Certifications in cloud infrastructure are a plus.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., Solution Delivery/Engineering, Customer Success Management, Technical Account Management).
• 4+ years of experience in Cloud Services, Networking, Security Solutions, or related technologies.
• Experience in Networking Security, including secure connectivity and data protection technologies.
• Experience working with Enterprise Level Customers.
