Overview

As a Senior Technical Account Manager at Zscaler, you will provide technical insight and lead practices for implementing and operationalizing Zscaler solutions to solve complex customer problems.

  • Experience with Enterprise Level Customers.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Certifications in cloud infrastructure are a plus.
  • Industry certifications like CISSP or CCNP are preferred.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • 4+ years of experience in Cloud Services, Networking, Security Solutions.
  • Experience in Networking Security technologies.
  • Experience with Enterprise Level Customers.
