Overview

As a Senior Technical Account Manager with CrowdStrike, you will provide proactive technical support to our Premium Support customers, ensuring their success and security.

In Short

  • Serve as primary technical contact for customers in the DACH region.
  • Onboard new customers to the CrowdStrike platforms.
  • Conduct periodic health checks and product training.
  • Advocate for customers with internal stakeholders.
  • Research and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Lead cross-functional groups for escalated cases.
  • Create knowledge base content for internal use.
  • Identify renewal risks and collaborate on solutions.
  • Support sales teams in account expansion opportunities.
  • Drive timely resolution of support cases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent in German.
  • Experience with Windows Server Operating Systems.
  • Knowledge of enterprise web technologies and security.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities.
  • Collaborative attitude.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Commitment to customer success.
  • Bonus: CISSP or ITIL Certification, 3+ years in Customer Success/Support.
