Overview

The Falcon Complete Security Advisor works within a team focused on the health and security posture of all Falcon Complete customers, ensuring they have a successful and secure experience.

In Short

• Assess customer’s Falcon environment for alignment with standards.
• Provide recommendations to improve security posture.
• Document and resolve customer-related issues.
• Develop service reports and stats for customers.
• Partner with internal teams for customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with support teams to troubleshoot issues.
• 3+ years in a Cybersecurity role required.
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills needed.
• Experience with Windows, Linux, and MAC operating systems.
• Cybersecurity certifications preferred.

• Customer empathy and ability to guide customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adept in multiple operating systems.
• Knowledge of threat detection and incident response.
• Bachelor's degree in Technology or Cybersecurity.
• Cybersecurity certifications from reputable organizations.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Experience with frameworks like ISO 27001/2, NIST, etc.
• Ability to work across multiple teams.
