Overview

As a Senior Technical Account Manager at CrowdStrike, you will provide proactive technical support to our Premium Support customers in the cybersecurity industry, ensuring their success and satisfaction.

In Short

  • Serve as primary technical contact for Premium Support customers.
  • Onboard new customers to CrowdStrike platforms.
  • Conduct proactive health checks and product training.
  • Advocate for customers with internal stakeholders.
  • Research and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Create knowledge base content for internal use.
  • Support sales teams in identifying expansion opportunities.
  • Drive timely resolution of support cases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed.
  • Identify renewal risks and work to mitigate them.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Windows Server Operating Systems.
  • Knowledge of enterprise web technologies and security.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities.
  • Collaborative attitude and commitment to customer success.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Bonus: CISSP or ITIL Certification, 3+ years in Customer Success.
  • Bonus: Experience with Linux, Mac, Python scripting, RestAPI.
