Overview

As a Technical Account Manager at CrowdStrike, you will provide proactive technical support to our Premium Support customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our cybersecurity solutions.

In Short

  • Serve as primary technical contact for customers.
  • Onboard new customers to CrowdStrike platforms.
  • Conduct periodic health checks and product training.
  • Advocate for customer needs with internal teams.
  • Resolve technical issues and follow up with recommendations.
  • Maintain control over escalated cases.
  • Create knowledge base content for internal reuse.
  • Identify renewal risks and collaborate on solutions.
  • Support sales teams in account expansion opportunities.
  • Drive support cases to timely resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Windows Server Operating Systems.
  • Knowledge of enterprise web technologies and security.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Professional fluency in English.
  • Collaborative attitude.
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success/Support.
  • Bonus: CISSP or ITIL Certification.
