Overview

As a Technical Support Engineer at CrowdStrike, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing technical issues and providing effective solutions in a remote-first environment.

In Short

  • Serve as customer liaison to resolve issues via various communication channels.
  • Research and troubleshoot customer technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Escalate cases when customer satisfaction is at risk.

  • Provide technical guidance to customers integrating CrowdStrike services.
  • Document bugs and collaborate with engineering on product issues.
  • Lead technical communications within the team.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert on key product features.
  • Push for process improvements to enhance customer experience.
  • Exceed customer expectations in response quality and timeliness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in customer support or related roles.
  • Technical expertise in Windows operating systems.
  • Experience in endpoint security and network troubleshooting.
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to handle tough customer situations calmly.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies is a plus.
  • Security certifications are a bonus.
