Security Advisor - Falcon Complete - Remote

Overview

The Falcon Complete Security Advisor works within a team focused on the health and security posture of Falcon Complete customers, guiding them towards a secure experience with CrowdStrike's solutions.

In Short

• Assess customer’s Falcon environment for alignment with standards.
• Provide recommendations for improved security posture.
• Meet with customers regularly to discuss service and improvements.
• Create remediation plans for security components.
• Document and resolve customer issues per procedures.
• Develop and provide service reports as needed.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with support teams to troubleshoot technical issues.
• 3+ years in a Cybersecurity role required.
• Excellent communication skills essential.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a Cybersecurity focused role.
• Customer empathy and guidance skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Adept in Windows, Linux, and MAC.
• Knowledge of threat detection and incident response.
• Bachelor's degree in Technology and/or Cybersecurity or relevant experience.
• Experience in Incident Management and CSIRT operation is a plus.
• Strong analytical capabilities and a desire to learn.
• Demonstrated experience as a security advisor or consultant.
• Knowledge of frameworks like ISO 27001/2 and NIST.
