Overview

We are looking for a Technical Account Manager who will work closely with our prospects and customers. In this role your primary focus will be to successfully onboard new customers and drive adoption across our existing customer base.

In Short

Requirements

  • 4+ years in a customer-facing role in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record with complex customer relationships.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Results-driven mindset.
  • Experience with Sales teams.
  • Intermediate SQL skills and proficiency in Salesforce.
