Overview

As a Senior Technical Account Manager at CrowdStrike, you will provide proactive technical support to Premium Support customers while ensuring their success and satisfaction with our cybersecurity solutions.

In Short

  • Serve as primary technical contact for customers.
  • Onboard new customers to CrowdStrike platforms.
  • Conduct periodic health checks and product training.
  • Act as customer advocate with internal stakeholders.
  • Research and resolve technical issues for customers.
  • Maintain control of escalated cases and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Create knowledge base content for internal use.
  • Identify renewal risks and collaborate on solutions.
  • Support sales teams in identifying account expansion opportunities.
  • Drive timely resolution of support cases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Windows Server Operating Systems.
  • Knowledge of enterprise web technologies and security.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities.
  • Collaborative attitude and commitment to customer success.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Preferred: CISSP or ITIL Certification.
  • 3+ years in Customer Success/Support/Technical Account Management.
  • Deep expertise in Linux and Mac platforms.
