• Manage a team of technical analysts delivering the Falcon Complete managed service.

• Serve as liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
• Enhance internal processes for continuous improvement.
• Create and manage projects to develop the service.
• Experience in managing operational teams and incident response.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical information for business contexts.
• Customer service skills are essential.

Requirements

• Experience in managing operational teams in a service delivery environment.
• Incident handling and remediation experience.
• Background in forensic analysis and network security.
• Ability to lead and coach technical teams effectively.
• Strong decision-making skills in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of secure network architecture and cloud environments.
• Experience in customer/managed service delivery.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of broader cybersecurity specialisms.
