Overview

As a Senior Technical Account Manager at Ontic, you will be the dedicated technical quarterback for a defined portfolio of enterprise clients, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with their security and risk-intelligence goals.

In Short

  • Serve as a senior technical advisor to enterprise clients.
  • Provide consultation on system design, data flows, and integrations.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into business-aligned recommendations.
  • Lead technical workshops and roadmap alignment discussions.
  • Conduct technical health reviews and deliver actionable recommendations.
  • Own and drive resolution of escalated technical issues.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
  • Become an expert in Ontic’s platform and best practices.
  • Participate in quarterly travel for client engagement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role supporting enterprise SaaS deployments.
  • Understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and RESTful APIs.
  • Experience in Corporate Security Operations or related fields preferred.
  • Experience leading technical enablement and architecture reviews.
  • Ability to translate technical findings into strategic business recommendations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working independently in fast-paced environments.
