In Short

  • Follow up on inbound marketing leads and identify qualified opportunities.
  • Create target prospects lists and penetrate key accounts.
  • Develop a strong partnership with Sales and Marketing team members.
  • Meet or exceed the assigned quota of calls and emails.
  • Profile strategic accounts and present solutions.
  • Set meetings for the Sales team.
  • Nurture new Marketing leads.
  • Strategize and execute multi-touch account-based campaigns.
  • Drive attendance for webinars and live events.
  • Maintain accurate activity and lead qualification information in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience as BDR/SDR.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Experience in an Account-Based Everything (ABE/ABM) environment.
  • Proven experience meeting and exceeding quotas.
  • Track record of collaboration in sales organizations.
  • Self-motivated with a diligent work ethic.
  • Process-oriented with strong attention to detail.
  • High level of integrity and commitment to success.
  • Adept computer skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
