Overview

The Wisetack Marketing Team is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help scale our efforts by conducting prospecting and outbound outreach among merchants in the home services industry, in order to kick off sales pipeline discussions with potential new Wisetack merchants.

  • Develop creative outreach campaigns to initiate discussions with target merchants.
  • Generate new, high-quality leads aligned with Wisetack’s goals.
  • Develop a detailed understanding of Wisetack’s value proposition and product features.
  • Engage in comprehensive sales discussions with prospects.
  • Develop insights about your target group and communicate product needs.
  • Attend industry conferences to meet with prospects and generate new leads.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years in Sales, Business Development, or Partnerships with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Hunter mentality with comfort executing all stages of the business development lifecycle.
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional internal teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
  • Creativity and strong critical reasoning skills.
  • Strong passion for Wisetack’s mission.
  • Ability to work effectively in an exclusively remote work environment.
  • Ability to maintain high activity levels.
