Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
  • 4+ years in a customer-facing role, like account management.
  • 1+ years in consumer financing or financial technology.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, and Google Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage large accounts.
  • Willingness to meet merchants onsite when necessary.
