  • Demonstrate and describe SFOX’s product and service offerings.
  • Qualify inbound inquiries and monitor analytics throughout the sales pipeline.
  • Adhere to key performance metrics.
  • Manage an inside sales team using a CRM database.
  • Stay current with product offerings and market information.
  • Provide reports on lead generation and qualification metrics.
  • Schedule and close meetings with prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with sales team during client onboarding.
  • Optimize outreach within targeted market segments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university with competence in communication and quantitative analysis.
  • Minimum 2 years experience managing the SDR process.
  • Proficiency in sales operations and outreach strategy, using platforms like Apollo.io.
  • Understanding of the financial industry and crypto.
  • Desire to be part of a growing organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly curious and self-driven.
  • Comfortable using sales tools such as Clay, Letter drop, Reply, Copper, Apollo.
