Overview

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role is a critical part of our go-to-market team, responsible for engaging and qualifying inbound leads and providing an excellent customer experience.

In Short

  • Qualify inbound leads and manage early-stage pipeline conversations
  • Follow up with prospects who attended marketing events
  • Maintain clean records and workflows in Hubspot
  • Collaborate with Sales Reps to refine targeting and outreach
  • Book meetings with C-level or key stakeholders
  • Proactively research and prospect into UK-based businesses
  • Use outbound channels to generate meetings
  • Deliver against activity and pipeline KPIs
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales role
  • Strong cold-calling and lead qualification skills
  • Excellent communication and resilience
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce)
  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B outbound sales
  • Comfortable with phone, email prospecting
  • Interest in Compliance, Automation or SaaS is a plus
  • Curious mindset with a willingness to learn
  • Understanding of sales methodology frameworks is advantageous
  • Experience working with marketing is a plus
