Overview

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Traliant, you will play a key role in driving the company’s growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers.

In Short

  • Identify and qualify potential customers to initiate the sales process.
  • Research and engage prospects using various tools.
  • Manage inbound marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and outbound prospecting.
  • Conduct personalized outreach through phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and Gong.
  • Meet and exceed defined productivity goals.
  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives.
  • Share market insights with Marketing and Sales.
  • Be part of a newly formed, collaborative SDR team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ year in an SDR or sales role.
  • Clear, persuasive communicator.
  • Strong prospecting and research skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management.
  • Adaptable and customer-focused.
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven.
  • Experience with Salesforce and similar tools preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting SDR quotas is a plus.
