The Sales Development Representative (SDR) manages outbound prospects based on several set strategies, utilizing prospecting tools to research potential customers and cultivate opportunities for the Account Executive.

  • Utilize resources including LinkedIn and CRM for prospecting.
  • Interact with prospects via phone and email.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Full-time position with a regular Monday to Friday schedule.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a SDR or sales role.
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email.
  • Desire to learn and develop sales skills.
  • Skilled at prospecting and cultivating leads.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Effective time management and follow-up skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven.
  • Proficiency with tools such as LinkedIn and Salesforce.
  • Prior experience as a sales development rep is desirable.
