Technical Project Manager - Remote

In Short

• Lead project delivery for complex client implementations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, schedules, risks, and dependencies.
• Develop, document, and maintain detailed project plans.
• Ensure all scope changes are documented and communicated.
• Own and drive the creation of supporting project documentation.
• Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate internal and external meetings with clear agendas.
• Drive accountability across workstreams.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a TPM or Technical Program Lead.
• Proven background in enterprise SaaS implementation.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP).
• Understanding of DevOps, software architecture, and security practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
