Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5-7+ years of experience in analytical and financial planning roles.
• Experience in a high-growth or early-stage start-up.
• Understanding of financial modeling and variance analysis.
• Proficient in financial systems and reporting tools.
• Proficiency in data analysis.
• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
• General understanding of basic accounting principles.
