In Short

  • Track program performance metrics, milestones, and deliverables to ensure alignment with objectives
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data; prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend solutions to improve program effectiveness and resource utilization
  • Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to communicate updates, gather feedback, and resolve issues
  • Conduct research to inform program development, policy updates, and strategic planning
  • Assist in preparing project plans, schedules, and risk assessments
  • Support meeting coordination, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up tracking
  • Maintain program documentation, ensuring version control and accessibility for all stakeholders
  • Monitor action items assigned by the Program Manager and provide timely status updates

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare focus, business, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in program analysis, project management, or related work
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel and Tableau) and project management software (Gainsight and Smartsheet)
  • Ability to travel as needed to client sites (estimated up to 10% travel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
