Overview

The Customer Success Manager will serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor for a portfolio of accounts, focusing on driving customer adoption, value realization, and overall satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer health and identify risks.
  • Passion for understanding customer challenges and providing recommendations.
  • Experience with AI-driven solutions, APIs, or automation tools.
  • Ability to align success strategies with business objectives.
  • Experience working closely with Sales and other teams.
  • Strong account management skills with attention to detail.
